Deoband Community Wikimedia is a thematic user-group affiliate of Wikimedia Foundation, and is overseen by a volunteer executive board. The board comprises of five voting members, three advisory members, and one honorary member. The board is reachable through board

- Chair - Aafi: Aafi chairs the Executive Board and holds founder's permanent seat on the board. He holds a BA and an MA in Islamic Studies, and has been pursuing a second masters program in Education. Email: aafidcwwiki.org
