Deoband Community Wikimedia is a thematic user-group affiliate of Wikimedia Foundation, and is overseen by a volunteer executive board. The board comprises of five voting members, three advisory members, and one honorary member. The board is reachable through boarddcwwiki.org.

Chair - Aafi: Aafi chairs the Executive Board and holds founder's permanent seat on the board. He holds a BA and an MA in Islamic Studies, and has been pursuing a second masters program in Education. Email: aafidcwwiki.org
Other voting members include Ariba Shoaib, Samiya Ahmed, Faiz Anjum and Peerzada Ikhlas.
Aqueel Ahmad is an honorary member of the board for a one-year term.
