15th DCW Conversation Hour
In the 15th DCW Conversation Hour, we look forward to exploring Wikimedia User Experience, and how particularly Wikimedia Foundation (WMF) engages and works to achieve the best of it. The conversation features Amal Ramadan, a Senior Community Relations Specialist at the WMF, where she supports the i0S and Andriod App Teams by building a bridge between the users' experiences and requests to enhance the apps.
A wide majority of contributors on Wikimedia projects edit using mobile phones and face a bulk of challenges due to lack of features and comptability. This conversation aims to address some of those challenges and understand the dynamics behind engaging and retaining users using "Wikimedia Mobile Apps".
