DCW:Trusted users

Trusted users on DCW are trusted volunteers who have access to feautures including creating and editing pages, moving pages, and marking pages as patrolled. Edits by Trusted users are automatically marked as patrolled. The user-group was created to allow our experienced editors access to some basic feautures.
