Comments from board members
Subject to Chatham House Rule, no identities of the commenters will be provided. The board members expressed the following thoughts:
- Disband Wiki Club Jamia's Core Organizing Team immediately.
- Activity of a COT member will be measured by their on-wiki contributions, and participation in the COT meetings. The least is ten edits in a given month and not to miss "two COT meetings" simultaneously.
- The role for COT "Lead" is time-bound for maximum of one year, and a minimum of 6 months. The lead will be preferabbly selected from students pursuing second year of their master's, or else from among the first year students.
- The entire COT will have 5 members, and a few more advisory members.
- COT members for any new COT will be invited through a formal application process. The core members need to be either UG or PG students.
Vote and adoption
The resolutions passed with the affirmative votes of Aafi, Ariba, Samiya, and Faiz. Ikhlas was absent. Meeting the quorum requirements, this is a binding resolution and can only be amended through a board vote.
