This post is a draft and is subject to change without notice.

We are excited to publish our first call for appointing four community members (two males & two females) to the DCW Board. This initiative is a key component of our October 2024 - March 2025 activity plan. The deadline for submitting candidacy is March 8, 2025.

Established on July 31, 2021, and recognized as a Wikimedia Foundation affiliate on January 16, 2022, DCW has made significant contributions to the open knowledge ecosystem. Our volunteers have had a presence at Wikimania Singapore, WikiConference India 2023, WikiWomenCamp 2023. In 2024, we had a reserved seat at the Wikimedia Summit in Berlin.
