It was idealised in our [[:meta:Deoband Community Wikimedia/Activity plans/Half-Yearly Strategic plan for October 2024 - March 2025\|October 2024 - March 2025]], for which we conducted surveys during November 2024, and subsequently decided on the requirements in the [[DCW Progress Prism January 2025]]. The board comprises of a total of nine members: six voting, and three non-voting. One-voting seat is reserved for the Founder, and the non-voting seats are reserved for representatives of our clubs. Elections will be conducted to select the other four members (two male & two female) to maintain a "40%" share of ~~the~~ females in our decision-making body.
