Collaborate, Impact, and Sustain: First Community Convening Scholarships Call
We began our journey as a group of three individuals in July 2021 and have grown extensively over the past four years. Since then, we have initiated programs such as DCW Conversation Hour, Heritage Lens, and Mehfil-e-Wiki, and have guided the movement through our student-led Wiki Clubs. We have had representation at Wikimania 2023, WikiWomenCamp 2023, Train The Trainer 2023, Wikimedia Summit 2024, Wikimedia Technology Summit 2024, Train The Trainer 2024, She Leads Bootcamp 2025, Wikimedia Youth Conference 2025, Wikimania 2025, Advanced Train The Trainer 2025, and the GLAM-Wiki Conference 2025. We have collectively made a lot of impact, making us one of the most active South Asian Wikimedia communities.

We will celebrate our achievements and impact towards the end of December 2025, most likely in Aligarh, by bringing about 40 of our community members together, with a theme of Collaborate, Impact, and Sustain, in our first-ever annual Community Convening.
Scholarship criteria and form
Scholarship form can be accessed from here. Community members are advised to submit the scholarship forms by 19 November 2025 so that we have a list of selected participants available on time. We are looking for brief and honest responses to understand your engagement with the community initiatives and vision.
